  • Initial Business Development - Build your pipeline by self-sourcing leads through networking, referrals, basic in-person approaches, attending events, and online networking then

  • Lead Conversion - follow up via phone, text, or email to schedule and conduct appointments with clients to build a relationship and provide for their personal wardrobe and lifestyle product needs.

  • Present ANGEL | BESPOKE product offerings to clients in a manner that is elegant, effective, and true to the brand.

  • Fit clients for clothing using our unique system of try-on garments which ensures that we not only provide exceptionally well-tailored custom garments, but that each client has a wonderfully smooth and convenient fitting experience .

  • After fittings, submit all orders for processing.

  • Proactively communicate with clients to keep them informed throughout the tailoring process, through to final clothing delivery.

  • Cultivate and maintain client relationships, both during and after the ordering process, to clients are fully satisfied and continue to make ANGEL | BESPOKE  their custom clothing brand of choice.


  • The ability to build and maintain long-term relationships, turning clients into brand advocates.

  • Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Networking/business development skills are critical.

  • Ability to take initiative, set and achieve personal goals, and work with your team to achieve company goals. (need to figure out how to re-word this as it was copied from another company’s job posting, but we definitely want something like this)

  • High learning agility - the ability to quickly pick up technical skills and knowledge of new topics and apply them in client fittings.

  • Not Required - previous fashion or retail experience.

  • Preferred but not required: 18 months of previous sales experience with a proven track record of meeting targets and providing exemplary customer service.

$31,200 per year plus commission

Commission Structure:

15% — $0-$299,999 annual sales

16% — $300,000-$359,999 annual sales

17% — $360,000-$419,999 annual sales

18% — $420,000-$499,999 annual sales

18% + gift of substance — $500,000 & up annual sales

First year income potential: $60,000+.
